Sleeve Notes
The Kingston Trio was without question the biggest selling folk group in history. The original group was comprised of Bob Shane—guitar; Nick Reynolds—guitar and Dave Guard—banjo. As Dave begun to be stricken with a serious illness, he began to record the only solo album by either himself or any member of the group. This album had been out of print for decades as only privately released and only surfaces in the last few years on silverwolf. It is a rare, must have album for fans of the Kingston Trio and American folk in general.
Notes
Dave Guard died of lymphatic cancer at the age of 57 on March 22, 1991 in Rollinsford, New Hampshire.
